Put your net out
In Luke 5:1-11, Simon had been fishing all night and caught nothing. Jesus invited him to put out his net again, in deep water. Simon wasn't keen, but he did it anyway. And he hauled in such a huge catch of fish, the boat began to sink.
Doing it on our own only makes us tired. God sees in us all that we can be and invites us to join Him in the deep waters, doing it God's way. Will you put your net out one more time?
