Be still and know
How do you cope when life feels like an absolute rush? Psalm 46:10 has those oh so powerful words, "Be still and know that I am God" which I find super helpful. When God feels far away or I am starting to feel overwhelmed by life and the busyness around me, this often comes to mind. I am reminded of how Jesus made intentional moments to separate Himself from the crowds and even His closest friends to connect with God. Make a point of creating times [even short times] where you can stop and reflect on those eight words.
