You're Not God
There are 7 billion people on the planet. It's your job as a Christian to convert every single person that you see. It's all on you. GO! GO! GO! Oooooorrrr actually God didn't hinge the entirety of earth's redemption on you. It's easy to feel responsible for other people's salvation. You can feel like you're not a 'proper Christian' if all your friends haven't become Christians because of your great efforts. Stop right there. You're a proper Christian because Jesus loves you. Fact. And He wants to shine through you to the people around you, for you to be close to Him, and up for Him working through you... but that's not the same as Him sending you out with a clipboard and a salvation-quota to fill.
You're a witness to the incredible stuff that God's doing in your life, which means that you do have a part to play. But let's get this straight: each individual's choosing-to-follow-Jesus (or not) moments are 100% between them and God. He uses you to lead people to Himself, but you're not responsible for whether they make those decisions or not. Jesus tasked His disciples with telling people to repent of their sins and turn to God. Maybe surprisingly, not everyone the disciples spoke to cared. Not everyone is going to like what you say when you share the gospel. That's okay. There will be people you meet who'll reject the message (and you...). For those moments, praying for them to see God is the most loving (and powerful) thing you can do for them.
