There comes a time when you desire to find your purpose in life. Your purpose is made up of everything from the day you were born up until you breathe your last. It is a vital part of your being, and contrary to popular belief, it does not always come at a specific age. The meaning of your life comes naturally, depending on whatever happenings you go through. However, the discovery can be probed as you explore all the wonderful opportunities that await you.
When you live a life driven by purpose or in pursuit of discovering it, your mindset changes; essentially, you understand there is more to life than the hustle-rat race. Granted, financial freedom is necessary. However, you do not need flashy material assets or a glamorous lifestyle to define success in your purpose. Most importantly, the revelation of your unique purpose will give you direction, determination and focus.
The purpose voyage is not simple and has ups and downs. But oh boy, it’s in those valleys that you need to encourage yourself to keep on keeping on. We are blessed that God allows us to explore various avenues to live it out. But, ultimately, we have one grand goal that Jesus Christ shared in Matthew 22:37-39. You are to love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and love your neighbour as you love yourself. Our God is so magnificent that he affords people with multitudes of talents, skills, and abilities to contribute to society in calibration with his mission.
